Often life does not come with a manual of where to look for help or how to access services provided by non profits and or governments.

From my personal and professional experience I can provide the following support:

1. Advocacy Services;

2. Medication Management Strategies;

3. Short Term Crisis Support;

4. Referrals to other agencies or other service provider professionals;

5. Accompaniment to appointments such as legal services that include speaking with a lawyer, criminal matters, child protection, mental health service providers etc;

6. Support to navigate public services ( for example  getting support from a health authority or or other government or non-profit agency;

7. Other outreach services as needed or requested.
